Guest Access You have private access to the home and secure backyard, no one else can book other rooms. Access will only be provided to rooms that are booked and paid for (no one else can book these rooms) eg. 1-2 guests = Bedroom 1. 1 king size electric adjustable bed (2 x king singles) 3-4 guests = Bedroom 1 & Bedroom 2 (1 double bed). 5-7 guests = Bedroom 1 & 2 (1 double and single bunkbed and a seperate single bunkbeds). 8-9 guests = Bedroom 1 & 2 and queen electric blowup mattress (located in the loungeroom). Base price is for two people (Bedroom 1).  $50 per person per night after this rate. If an additional room or beds are needed/used, they will be charged to cover laundry and cleaning fees. Bike Hire 2 x Men's mountain bike for hire. 2 x Women's mountain bike for hire. Helmets (medium and large sizes) and safety lock chain included in hiring. All bikes come with drink bottle holder, bell, reflectors and adjustable seats. Women's bike have baskets attached to the front. $25 per bike hired for duration of your stay. The homes neighbours are very friendly and welcoming. There's a gorgeous walking track into town along the Campaspe River.
