The Space: New appliances, new flooring, new modern style bathroom, fully furnished and includes a couch sofa and a big flat-screen smart TV. There is full sized kitchen, a washer and dryer, and a dinning area making this a great space for families and small groups. The Loft design is especially ideal for those seeking an adventure and something different than ordinary. The proximity to Downtown Tampa and Ybor makes this the great accommodation for explorers especially as there are many unique and authentic restaurants and shops around the area. Also it is close to Raymond James and Straz! Guest Access: You may have access to designated parking subject to your booking terms. Additional vehicles can park on the street around the property. Interaction with Guests: The host will be available for most inquiries between 9am and midnight The Neighborhood: It's right next to Downtown! Neighbors in the Lofts are very trendy and friendly; there is a great vibe here. Fun fact, we are located on one of the oldest streets in the area. So much history! Getting Around: The Loft is super close to Hart Bus stops. However I recommend you bring your own car, rent, or use Uber/Lyft. Tampa's public transit just isn't the best.
