Having a sofa bed in the living room (144 X190 cm), the villa can comfortably accommodate up to 8 persons, 7th and or 8th person/s at extra charge. Useful information: For stays of 10 nights and over we provide 1-time free cleaning service and linen change during the stay. In the price includes electricity of 36 kWh per day which is enough for a normal use. We do not accept reservations for hen, stag or similar parties. For our younger guests under 25 years of age, a damage (security) deposit of EUR 300 is required and will be collected on arrival either as a cash or by credit card. The deposit will be refunded upon departure provided there will be no damages in the villa. .
