Only three hundred meters from the nearest beach; this elegant, newly-renovated three-bedroom villa is fully air-conditioned and offers accommodation with a private 6x4 meter swimming pool, sun beds, and umbrellas. The bright, modern open-plan kitchen, living and dining areas open out onto the swimming pool terrace, which is next to a 6x4 meter pergola shade with outdoor dining furniture. There is a built-in stone barbecue adjacent to the pool. On the ground floor, the fully-equipped kitchen includes a dish washer, washing machine, cooker, coffee maker, shaker, kettle and a microwave oven. A smart Android flat-screen TV, free high-speed Wi-Fi throughout, two hair dryers, safety deposit box and ironing equipment are included. On the first floor, the villa has three bedrooms, two with a double bed and one with two single beds. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and balcony. There is a fully equipped barbecue. The large plot, set back from the road, has ample parking for two to three cars. The villa is ideally located on the main bus route close to the popular resort of Protaras and the tranquil Cavo Greco area. It provides everything anyone needs for a carefree holiday in the sun! Having a sofa bed in the living room (145 X200 cm), the villa can comfortably accommodate up to 8 persons, 7th and or 8th person/s at extra charge. Useful information: For stays of 10 nights and over we provide 1-time free cleaning service and linen change during the stay. In the price includes electricity of 36 kWh per day which is enough for a normal use. We do not accept reservations for hen, stag or similar parties. For our younger guests under 25 years of age, a damage (security) deposit of EUR 300 is required and will be collected on arrival either as a cash or by credit card.
