Smoking inside of the house is not allowed. - Pets are not allowed in the house. - No music played at the rooftop or use of the Jacuzzi after 11pm is allowed. Also the use of the terrace is allowed anytime, but keeping a low noise level after 11pm. We are very estrict with this matter as keeping a Good relationship with the neighbours is essential for our business. So you must be aware that shall we receive any complaint of the noise level, and after a warning you do not stop, we Will proceed to inform the pólice and ask you to leave the house inmediately, with no refund of the deposit or any payment made for your stay. This house is registered in the “Consejeria de Turismo de la Junta de Andalucía”. This entitled the owner or administrator of the house to claim to the pólice to vacate the guest when they Will be creating disturbances to the neighbours or when the house rules are not followed, like any other touristic establishment. - When music is played inside of the house, specially during night time it is important to keep the volumen within the legally permited level. - We inform our guests that we have a system that notifies us by sms when noise levels are above the legally allowed. So in that case we Will proceed to notify you. We inform that this system DOES NOT record anything, just measures the noise pressure. - The house is entitled only for the people that made the reservation with the number of guests that were pre-book. In case of more people is staying at the house this should be notified and any Price increase that may apply should be paid. The number of people can never exceed the total capacity of the House. Breaking this rule Will also imply that guests can be asked to leave the house, and no depositot or parto of the payment Will be returned. - We do not ask you to clean the house before the check-out, but there are a few rules to be followed: o Rubish has to be throw away. Do not leave your garbagge at the house. o Please clean all of the crockery, cutlery and other kitchen cookware that you may use. You have the dishwasher for that purpose. We all understand what range of “dirty” is normal after staying at a house, and what is not. Any special cleaning that must be performed because of a misuse or a lack of care at the house Will be claimed from your deposit. - This is a house to enjoy the beach and the beautiful city of Malaga and we have put lot of love in creating a welcoming and lovely space.
