You can enjoy its wonderful private terrace. It is a 3rd floor without a lift, although if they arrive during business hours, they will be helped with luggage. The Space: Spacious and bright penthouse in the center of the commercial area of ​​Seville. It is an apartment with capacity for 4 people, newly renovated and with all the necessary amenities to spend unforgettable days. The apartment consists of living room - dining room, courtesy toilet, kitchen with small office, bathroom with shower and two bedrooms. The first with a 150 cm bed and the other has two 90 cm beds. Highlight the Terrace that has climbing the stairs, ideal to enjoy the wonderful afternoons of autumn and spring. This terrace is ideal for organizing events. Guest Access: On the stairs, an area with a lock will be enabled for those who have carts for children or rent bicycles to move around the area. Interaction with Guests: A few days before your arrival we will send you a guide of the house, indications of arrival and recommendations of the area. I will not be present but there is a company called KEYWii and it helps me with reservations and guests. Diana and Rocío will help you with your arrival and if you need anything during your stay, they will be pending. KEYWii is a wealth management company that rents exclusive accommodations, with all the necessary services to have an unforgettable stay. They offer unique experiences in the most beautiful environments of Spain. The Neighborhood: O'Donnell Street is one of the busiest streets of the Center as it is located in the artery of the busy commercial area. Getting Around: Due to its location, you can walk anywhere in the center of Seville. It is also highly recommended to move by bicycle. In case you need help with the rental of these, do not hesitate to consult. We have a private garage to store them during your stay. Other Things to Note: There is WIFI. The data of the same will be provided with the guide of the house. The house is equipped with sheets and the beds are left made. The kitchen has all the cooking utensils, condiments, oil and vinegar, basic cleaning products and dishwasher and washing machine tablets. The bathrooms have towels, toilet paper, hand soap, shower gel, shampoo and hairdryer.
