Ayia Napa center 2 Km away bus stop and Taxis 2 min walk from the apartment. The apartment is on the first floor and features an open-plan kitchen, dining and living area. It has two large bedrooms; one with a double bed and the other with two single beds and one large bathroom. Elegantly furnished and newly renovated, this 82m² two-bedroom apartment with communal pool is fully air-conditioned and has a smart Android flat-screen TV with satellite channels, and FREE high-speed Wi-Fi. Bright and with modern furnishing, with a fully equipped kitchen, dining and living areas. Having a sofa bed (140 X 200 cm) in the living room the apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 6 persons. (5th and 6th persons/s are charged extra). The fully furnished, 32m² balcony has an amazing view of the communal pool making it an ideal spot to enjoy a relaxing meal as well as to enjoy the sun on the 2 sunbeds with umbrella provided on the balcony. The apartment offers private covered parking and has an elevator. Useful information: For stays of 10 nights and over we provide 1-time free cleaning service and linen change during the stay. In the price includes electricity of 26 kWh per day which is enough for a normal use. We do not accept reservations for hen, stag or similar parties. For our younger guests under 25 years of age, a damage (security) deposit of EUR 300 is required and will be collected on arrival either as a cash or by credit card. The deposit will be refunded upon departure, subject to an inspection and provided there will be no damages in the apartment. .
