ATLANTIC HOUSE Modern and comfortable apartment with sea view in El Cotillo Atlantic House is a spacious, modern and well furnished apartment in the Marfolin Building in the northern town of El Cotillo.. It overlooks the ocean, which is just in front of the building.It is situated on the first floor, with just 4 steps of staircase. The living room is very nice with two big leather sofas, TV with satellite channels, DVD player a little table; from the living room there is the access to the balcony which has an outstanding view of the ocean and the communal pool; on the balcony there is a six people dining table.. The apartment has three bedrooms, all with view over the ocean, two of them with two single beds, that can be, if needed, put together. The third room has a queen size bed. Two bedrooms have the en suite tied bathroom with a a comfortable walk in shower; the third bathroom is separate. All bedrooms have drawers and wardrobe. The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary amenities and appliances including a dishwashing machine and a washing machine; The Marfolin building has a big big private pool which is accessible just by the guest staying in the complex; there is also a child's pool and sun loungers.
