Refundable Security Deposit: Payment via bank transfer is required 7 to 14 days prior to your scheduled arrival. Non-Staying Guests: We have a policy that prohibits non-staying guests from being on-site unless an additional event fee is paid. Payment Term: Full payment is required to confirm the reservation. Management will charge your uploaded card within 24 hours, excluding weekends. Failure to complete a successful payment will result in the loss of your reserved date, making the property available for other guests to book. Cancellation Policy: No refund for any cancellation thru direct booking or via Rentals United. Change of Date Fee: For each date change, AUD 150 admin fee will be charged, in addition to any difference in the price rate.
